Sorry for the slow reply, we missed this comment, but yes, we are working on fixing this so that you can have theme and global ordering in the same backlog.

We are aware of this shortcoming and have some ideas in the pipeline to improve filtering and the amount of data loaded into the interface.  Unfortunately I don't think we'll implement this feature in the coming weeks, but we do have it in our backlog.  Sorry I can't be more responsive than that at present.

Are you saying you would for example like to be able to press a button on a particular story to add a story above or below that story?  I am not sure I understand the problem clearly.

That's an interesting idea Daniel.  We've not had many people ask for this to date.  You could achieve this using our API, however this would of course require some development work on your end.  We'll consider the idea, however quite honestly unless more people ask for it it will be low on our priority list.

Are you saying that you would want to drop the As a.. I want to.. format, and just provide a simple free text field for the story would do, or do you think it needs to be more extensive than that?

Sorry, yes you are right, there is a unicode issue we need to fix.  We will add this to our bug tracker and I will post here as soon as we have a solution.  I apologise for the inconvenience.

We see it as follows:


  • To Do - not yet assigned but in the backlog
  • In Progress - someone is now working on this
  • Completed - developer thinks it is done, but it should be tested and approved still
  • Accepted - accepted by the scrum master as meeting the criteria and tested
