We are considering a paid option, so we could cope with storage issues if we have revenue to support it.
Sounds sensible, we'll add it to our backlog!
That's a nice idea, no one to date has asked for that feature but it makes sense.  Thanks for the suggestion, if others ask hopefully this can be prioritised.
Sorry, but we don't have VBA examples.  The API is a REST API, so if you are use a REST client it will definitely work.   There are curl examples you can use to test.
Hi Patrik

We have not had any other reports of performance issues since we resolved the issues described in this ticket.  How many stories & themes do you have in your backlog?  Which bits specifically are slow?  What browser are you using?

Matt
Hi Dom

Thanks for the reply.  I appreciate you need to settle in to the service and of course price would be a factor, however we just wanted to get an idea if in principle people are willing / expecting to pay for a service like this in the future.  Right now there are no immediate plans to charge, and we will never cut off the service to existing customers for existing backlogs if we were to bring in a subscription model.

We'll make an announcement as soon as possible about the product roadmap and our plans.

Thanks,
Matt
Sorry for the slow reply, I will look at this very soon.
We know this is an issue and will do something to resolve this.  Out of interest, would you be willing to pay for access to easyBacklog as we are struggling to justify the time on this project building new features when we provide this service for free?
Hi Michael

To be honest we're struggling to make the time to add new features as opposed to simply maintain the site and improve critical functionality.  This is largely because we have no revenue stream for this service as we provide it for free.  I think in order to best serve our users we should invest some money but this would require us to start charging.  Do you think you would be willing to pay say $10-$20 a month per user for easyBacklog?  If so, we might seriously consider refocussing and investing.

Thanks,
Matt
