change default statuses
Currently, the default status for PBIs are:
- To do
- In Progress
- Testing
- Done
However, I think a more scrum like approach would be:
- To do
- In progress
- Completed
- Accepted
Better yet would be to make them configurable.

Hi Taylor
I agree, the statuses you provided definitely seem more scrum like, and we'll make that change. We just need to double check if it has any impact on other parts before we do, so we'll get this change in soon.

However, we would prefer not to make this configurable as this just adds another layer of complexity to the system. We are trying to minimise the number of options people are presented with, so where possible we've taken a view on what is right and implemented the app accordingly. However, if more people start to ask for this we'll be sure to reconsider.

Thanks for the suggestion.

HI there
I agree that you have gone more scrum with the new statuses. Please advise what you define completed and accepted as. Is "Completed" - development done and testing done and is "Accepted" - deployed to production??
We see it as follows:
- To Do - not yet assigned but in the backlog
- In Progress - someone is now working on this
- Completed - developer thinks it is done, but it should be tested and approved still
- Accepted - accepted by the scrum master as meeting the criteria and tested
