To help the (remote) team work together. E.g. to enter a legend for the color codes that are being used.

stories bg colors don't persist in "Sprint" tab

The stories lose their color background when I look at them in sprint view.

In the backlog view (tab), I can give a color for each story. However, when I move towards planning a sprint, all the stories suddenly have the same background (white)
Solution
Hi Michael

Colours in the sprint view are now retained for stories.

Invite users to view/edit a company?

Is it possible to invite people via email to view/edit a specific company? I do not want this user to be able to view all of our 'companies'.

Thanks!

Mike

Solution

Yes, you can simply invite them, and then once they have joined, click on the Company in your account dashboard, and click the button "Manage Company Users"

Archived failed stories

As a product owner, I would like to be able to view failed stories in the sprint they failed in, so I have an archive of the exact outcome of each sprint.

It's great that I can see the committed to and actual velocity for each of the previous sprints, but without seeing the stories that make up the deficit between committed and actual, it has limited use as an archive. I'd like to be able to see the story remain there (greyed out perhaps) so I know which sprints it failed in, but still be able to move the failed story to the next sprint if required.

Organize cards by theme

Would be helpful as you are designing your sprint to have the story cards organized by theme

Solution

Hi Mark

Do you mean organize cards by theme in the right hand side where the bucket of unassigned stories reside?

Impossible to create a new backlog

Hello,

I am in a very stupid situation. I created an account a couple of month ago to have access to a backlog of an employee of mine. He shared his backlog with me and all was fine. Today, I wanted to create a backlog for myself and was surprised not to be able to do so. I have only my employee's backlogs on my dashboards and no button 'create' or equivalent. What did I do wrong?

Thx in advance for your help

Kind regards

Invite a user

I should be nice if I got a notification when a user that I invited, accepted it and created an account. Since I can not give user access to a specific backlog when invited, I have to ask them to mail me back when registered to assign them to the proper backlog.

Solution

Yes, that's a nice idea.

Delete company / account

I've accidentaly given my mainaccount  backlog the wrong name. In staid of changing the name, I’ve created a new account. In this account are multiple backlogs, that I now use. I would like to delete my mainaccount, which only has the demo backlog in it. Is that possible?

filters i.e. hide stories assigned to spring, should be evaluated every time.

This is now fixed.
