Unfortunately the platform is built in Ruby, and the only libraries we could find to export to Excel use this mock-Excel format which is actually XML under the hood. As such, non MS programs opening the Excel documents sometimes fail. We will see what we can do. Sorry for the inconvenience.

No, you can assign Admin, Full Access (make all changes), Read + statys updates, and Read only rights to users. Go into the Manage Users section in your account.

Unfortunately we do not support this feature. We've looked into it numerous times and unfortunately everyone's requirements are so different that this is not feasible to implement.

You can provide multiple acceptance criteria? If you press the Tab key when editing a single criterion, you will be moved to a new blank criterion allowing you to add one or more.

When you export backlogs to Excel the color is included, although not as a background color. Is that not sufficient? We found with background colors and printers it did not work that well unfortunately.

Hi.  We obviously have the concept of points for each story, but we do not currently support points or hours per task.  This is something we are working on however, but in the mean time unfortunately this is not something you can do.

Odd, none of us can see that issue.  The hot spot area is anywhere within or on the border of the box around the plus or minus icon.  Does that not work for you?  Are you on Chrome stable or Chrome Canary?
