Hi Josef
Thanks for pointing this out. This is indeed very odd, as the business logic dictates that whenever a record is inserted into SprintStories, the create date should be set. We'll need to look into what is causing this, apologies for the hassle.
We'll get the Sprint docs updated too, thanks for spotting that.
Matt
Thanks, we'll get that fixed ASAP.
Hi Stefan
Well unfortunately releases never made their way to the top of our backlog unfortunately. Can you tell me a little more about what you think you need releases for, and how you would see them working? If it's simply to hide stories that are completed, filters can be used for that, although we are going to be improving the filtering capabilities soon as well.

Hi Stefan
Interesting idea, and certainly quite achievable technically, however I would have some concerns about some usability issue because there would be no easy way for a user to know that the them exists whilst working in a filtered view. Perhaps once we support viewing the backlog without grouping by theme, this would effectively solve this problem anyway? What do you think?

Hi Reinis
Mind copying and pasting this requirement into a new ticket (tedious I know, but I do it then the ticket will be assigned to me) and if more people +1 it, or ask for the feature, then we'll consider it. Unfortunately for now I think the effort required versus the number of people who need it will not justify the input at this stage. However, I could be entirely wrong, and if others ask for it, we'll prioritse.
Thanks,
Matt
Ed, response above now replaced, hopefully that answers your question.
Apologies, I have no idea why that response was empty.
You can edit a sprint's status by simply clicking on Settings when you are viewing the sprint, which will take you to a Sprint settings view, which will in turn allow you to un-mark it as complete.
Thanks for the suggestion. This is something we have considered, but have not pushed this feature through yet as because we are not charging our customers, the storage costs could become problematic for us. When we find a solution, we'll update this ticket though.
Thanks again, and in the mean time could you not link to your attachments on a 3rd party service from the comments fields?
Ok, we will implement this in the near future.

Thanks for the suggestion.
Would it help if you could just print individual stories as that may be easier & quicker to implement, or do you think that would not really solve the problem as you need to print a few stories in a batch? The problem with printing one at a time is it would be quite a waste of paper.
Thanks,
Matt
