It would be good to be able to retrieve a theme at /api/themes/{id}, rather than having to include the backlog id.

If I have a Story object, I only have the theme_id, not the backlog_id, so constructing the url for the story's theme isn't possible.

Ok, we will implement this in the near future.

Likewise with backlogs - It would be beneficial to retrieve a backlog at /api/backlogs/{id} without referring to the account_id.
