Unfortunately we don't want to introduce two systems for time tracking. You are right, it is possible to have complex stories that are quick to fix, and vice versa, but for the purposes of this backlog, the points are more a representation of effort required and as such correlate to time. If we introduced a new field, this would only complicate things further.
This feature is implemented. You can assign any number of permissions at an account, company or backlog level. Go to Backlog settings, Company Settings or Account settings to modify the access controls.
Sure, we would, but oddly you are the first person to ask for this. We'll see what we can do in our next iteration.
Hi Mark
Do you mean organize cards by theme in the right hand side where the bucket of unassigned stories reside?
Matt
Hi Mark
We are planning on introducing a detail view whereby you can double click on a story and edit it. That would mean comments are not shown in the default sprint view, but would be visible if you explore further. Would that suffice?
Matt
Hi Stefan
Sorry for not replying sooner, but we have considered what you said, and I really appreciate you explaining how you use releases. We'll do what we can to accommodate when we review how we do story grouping and prioritisation which is in our backlog.

Josef, updated_at is technically nullable in our schema, but should never be nullable indicating we do have a bug somewhere in our system. Apologies, but we will get this fixed.
Hi Matt
Thanks for this suggestion, however this is not something currently we have scheduled in our backlog. If this feature is requested more often, we will certainly consider it.

Hi NeedRaf
This is a good idea, perhaps we should instead look at some way to allow you to customise the text on a per project basis instead of trying to change it to suit everyone. Do you think that would work for you?

Hi Joshua
Can you be a bit more explicit about what you are expecting to see please, and what the problem is?
Thanks,
Matt
