User Type
I want a user type that can enter stories but can't delete, move, or add stories to a sprint.
Stats do not account for the current sprint advancement
I find it very weird not to have any stats for on a day to day basis. Having to wait for a sprint to be completed to see where we stand doesn't seem very inline with Agile practices.
I really feel this is a required and missing feature.
I really like the tool and its simplicity, but this is just too bad that you don't get to see your project advance until you complete a sprint.
Stable Story IDs?
Would it be possible for the human-visible story IDs (at least the numeric parts) to not change when moved from one theme to another? At least as an option (per backlog)?
Our process assumes that once an ID is assigned to a story, that story has that ID forever (so we can refer to stories from other documents). I found it very surprising that moving a story from one theme to another changes not only its ID prefix, but also the number. Obviously this could be worked around manually by editing the number as soon as the story lands in the new theme, but... what a pain! (Plus, someone will undoubtedly forget.)
Ideally I'd also like to see the prefix not depend on the theme either -- but could probably live without that, as long as there's a way for the numbers to be stable
After adding 2 stories, clicking "Add a story" creates a new sotry ID without number.
For example, if theme is MUU
1st story created is MUU1, second is MUU2 and all following ones are MUU without numbering
Workaround : edit story ID and simply type a number

I agree, the statuses you provided definitely seem more scrum like, and we've made that change.
Application Error occurs sometimes
i am using your API to get the Statistic Objects for a Backlog.
(To parse the APIs' output i am using RESTSharp library).
Sometimes the API returns following HTML Code:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"> <html> <head> <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1"> <style type="text/css"> html, body, iframe { margin: 0; padding: 0; height: 100%; } iframe { display: block; width: 100%; border: none; } </style> <title>Application Error</title></head> </head> <body> <iframe src="//s3.amazonaws.com/heroku_pages/error.html"> <p>Application Error</p> </iframe> </body> </html>
Most of the time it works fine.
In fact i'm fetching about 7 Backlogs and while one (i think it is always the same) fails, the other ones are imported correctly.
The ID of the Backlog is 4702.
I would be very grateful if you take a look into.
Hi Josef
This issue has now been resolved. In our tests, the stats query you were making before was taking around 28 seconds, it now takes 4 seconds. There are possibly some further optimisations we can do, however considering the impact of this change, I believe it's unlikely this will be an issue for you in the future.
Please shout if you see any further problems.
Matt
I would like the ability to click on the user for a new user story from the drop down
