 Hi Matt,

oh yes adding storys to a sprint with Drag and Drop would be awesome!

Just make sure that this works everywhere (in sprint and in backlog view).

I think especially new users have no problems to realize that this feature exists.

Because in the meantime u can do so much with D&D in easybacklog, i tried it myself when i first started with this Software.

Thank you very much Matt,

yes we can see that the backlog is really faster than before.

As you say its good for know but it should be better, so i really looking forward to see that tool growing faster and faster!

let me know if we can deliver more input.

Roger

 we experience this problem also.

Its very simple because the backlog grows over time.

currently i have round about 250 single stories in my backlog.

When i started whith easybacklog it works like a charm.

In the meantime it tooks a long time to open the backlog view.

From a technical point of view i think the reason is that u do all the filtering stuff with javascript on the clientside, which gets very slow over time.

Some people of my company starting to search for a different tool just because of the performance so for me its critical currently.

No Problem Matt,
i only had to clean up the backlog in the meantime so you wouldnt see corrupted sprints there now.
Yes thats the Case.
Currently the calculation is always a total, even completed or accepted stories are included.
I can use the value for a single user story for controlling but no chance to get more out of it.

Today i have to compare the money we currently have invested in a feature (which is still under development) versus the money we get from our customer versus the money we still have to invest.

The numbers are all there, i just need a way to see them as easy as possible.
curious i cant reproduce it myself.....
The ID of the Backlog is 4296 and the storie has the ID SIA2.

But wait before you invest time in a bug which was probably a mistake of myself.
I will watch that if it happens again, currently it doesnt...

Ah nice, i just want write something like "beware of an too complicatet search" then i saw your comment ;)

While i never worked with that specific JS Library it looks easy and powerfull enough to work with, also implementation seems to be easy.

i played around a bit with it, you really need that help text which show you how to do something like an filter for account (in that sample) if there was no text i wouldnt find out as a user.
Hi Matt,

works like a charm :)
Im really happy with it, please say thank you to your team also for me they are doing an really great job there!

Roger
Hi Matt,

thank you Matt, this is enough for the goal i want to achieve with this feature.
Sure you can get more attention if u play around with colors but i dont think its neccessary.

This is just good enough, you see it when u look for it thats cool.

Roger
Hi,

i had one suggestion for Releases.
Could you add Stats per Release even for not completed Releases?

The goal i want to achieve is to get some estimated date for the completion of an Release (to make Release planning finally). I think about an Graphic like the current Burn Down where you can see an estimated finish date for the whole backlog.
