Hi Bryan, we just did a survey to work out which features are important to users, and this feature is quite important, but not quite a the top of our list.  However, we are hoping to invest in the business soon and start building out the features people are asking for, so hopefully we can get this soon.

Thanks for the suggestion, sounds quite easy to add, so we'll try and get that into one of our sprints.

This is in our backlog and a very high priority feature, so this will hopefully be coming soon.

We recently completed a survey to review what features we should focus on now that we are looking to make this into a commercial (freemium) product.  This is high on the priority list, and within the next few weeks we'll hopefully be sharing our plans with our members.

Unfortunately I do think Chat will be outside of the scope of the backlog system.  We are trying to keep it lightweight, so adding features like this could really complicate things
