With both Chrome and Safari. I need to scroll down to the bottom of the page, and the box doesn't seem to render properly.

FYI, here's the bug with the support service provider http://feedback.userecho.com/topic/121439-feedback-pop-up-window-appears-at-the-bottom-of-the-page/ , I will post an update in here once this issue is fixed
