Yes, you can simply invite them, and then once they have joined, click on the Company in your account dashboard, and click the button "Manage Company Users"

You can clone backlogs by going into the Backlog, going to the Settings tab, and duplicating it from there.
Hi Drew, I'm sorry to hear this, but in the years we have been running easyBacklog no one has ever reported anything like that. If you provide me with some more information I can see what I can do to recover it as we don't actually delete any data permanently.
