plus button only visible with full access
Hi,
the plus button to collapse a theme is only visible with full access to an backlog.
Since this is just a helper for easier reading and nothing which will be saved anywhere, this button should be always available if im able to open the backlog.

We have now fixed this bug, and written some tests to ensure it never returns, thanks for pointing it out.
