I believe this issue is now fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Please get in touch if this is not the case.

Hi Roberto

That is odd, and is clearly a bug, so please can you tell me what your backlog ID is (it's in your URL) and what your account ID is (it's in your URL too), or alternatively just go to the backlog where the problem is and send me the complete URL.  Don't worry, no one who is not on your account will have access, so it's perfectly safe posting it in here.

Can you then tell me which Sprint is giving you this problem and we will look into it ASAP?

BTW. We did have 25 minutes of disruption yesterday due to connectivity issues between our database server and our web servers.  You can see this at http://status.easybacklog.com/548247.  It is possible that this may have happened at the time you were looking at the site.  EIther way, send me the info and we will look in to it ASAP.

Matt

Hi Matthew the url is this, https://easybacklog.com/accounts/365/backlogs/3890/edit#1 , I still having the problem, to delete this spring.

Hi Roberto

Massive apology, I missed your response somehow and only just seen it.

I've logged in as you, and have replicated the issue.  So I'm writing up a test now to replicate this issue so we can get it fixed and pushed out ASAP.

Once again, sorry for the delay, hopefully we'll have a fix today or tomorrow.

Matt
Thanks Matthew, don't worry about the time.
Ok, we've fixed it.  Can you try now?

I try to enter to the webpage, but its not avaliable, only show a message:

Application Error

An error occurred in the application and your page could not be served. Please try again in a few moments.

If you are the application owner, check your logs for details.

Just seen that Heroku has acknowledged the issue at https://status-old.heroku.com/ , it's a wide spread issue across their whole network.  The site seems to be intermittently available, hopefully they will fix it soon.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
Don't worry, thanks for the quickly answer
Hi Roberto

I believe the issues are now resolved.

Any chance you could try and delete that sprint now to see if the fix has worked?

Matt
Thanks Matt, all is working now, I can delete the spring, all its fixed.
I know, timing is horrendous.  Heroku has an outtage, http://www.heroku.com/, I am talking with their suppor to see what the problem is and get it resolved as soon as possible.  We have had 100% uptime for the last month until this :(
