Hi Heshan
Sorry for the inconvenience.
We've had this reported before, see http://easybacklog.userecho.com/topic/93299-sometimes-new-story-button-disappears/, but have never been able to replicate this issue.
I know this is tedious for you, but as we've never been able to replicate the issue, is there any way you can tell us how to replicate the problem so we can fix it? Also, are you on PC/Mac?

Hi Heshan
I've just tried to replicate this problem again and just can't do it. I'd really appreciate it if you wouldn't mind taking the time to explain how I can replicate this problem.
Thanks,
Matt

Hi Heshan
Matt
One of our users Pierre was able to replicate the issue, so we have now fixed the issue and pushed the fix to the site. Thanks for pointing it out, and sorry for the inconvenience.
If you see this issue again, please do tell us as we believe it is now fixed.
Matt
We replicated the issue when you dragged a new (unsaved) story up or down. The code we had was looking for a story ID, and run into an error when there was no ID yet for the story as it was not yet saved to the database. After the error, the add button was never added back to the page as they are removed for convenience when you are dragging stories.
